These will offer the highest possible level of transfer credit on your first degree. Almost every college will require 30 new hours for a second bachelor's degree.

Many master's programs in this area don't require a specific undergraduate degree. Since a master's is about 30 hours and most second bachelor's will require about 30 hours, you might want to consider that option.
