A degree in SCM is limiting to some bcz of the title. A better bet:

Stay with UPS as long as you can tolerate it (I lasted two years)
Take any eduction they offer you - any promotions, etc
Get your degree in business - maybe with a SCM minor. The business degree will open many doors for you especially in management areas.

Most of the previous respondents are idiots, you can enter OCS with any civilian degree, and what your degree is has no bearing really on what you want to do. Just go talk to an officer recruiter, there is usually one in each recruiting company. However, going through OCS, you will usually not be given an option as to your MOS.
