If you want to work on a drilling rig head to Nisku as this is where all the drilling contractors do their hireing out of. You might want to hurry as there is a. slight slowdown in the industry and "break up" hits at the end of march. I have been in the drilling end for 18 years and it is good if your in it for the long haul. Take care and good luck

In most cases, colleges make up a university in that they divide the university into the different departments.

Such as:
Harvard University -
Harvard Med School (college)
Harvard Law School (college)
Etc...

Diploma in particular area has a requirement of basic subjects you have studied so select the papers/group of subjects in view of the future plan of education.

No matter what it takes to get into an undergraduate program, you're going to need a GOOD foundation in math, physics, biology, and chemistry to finish an undergraduate degree and go on to med school. Even if you do get into a program with minimal science background, you're going to have a really hard time in the university-level classes.

If you're really bent on a science degree, then boosting your familiarity with the material is a very good thing. If not, though, maybe you could go try some other types of classes and see if you like English, music, psychology, or some other non-hard-science discipline?

Most jobs will require a hs diploma or equivalent. I know here in Oklahoma you cannot get into any college without one or the other unless you take a special test.
