I've heard this before as I used to teach. Yes you can buy diplomas online for £500 but to be honest - we know which are fake and any purchase of a false degree or diploma is classed as education fraud/cheating and it is punishable by UK and European law.

This could mean you have your education limited, grades removed or pending, and future education not granted as youll be branded a cheat

You do whatever your parents decide needs to be done to meet their requirements for graduation. Then the parents can buy a diploma form, or better yet, make one on their computer. (Many wordprocessing programs these days have templates for things, including certificates, that can easily be the starting place for a personalized diploma.)

Most colleges and businesses will never actually ask to see the diploma. They'll just want to know if the student has one. So, if the parents give him one, then he can check "yes" when asked if he has one.

Usually, the transcript is more important. Colleges and businesses will ask to see that. They'll want to see what courses the student took and how well he did in them. Again, parents can type up their own.

I've not seen a frame especially made for what you're describing before, but you could probably get them both framed really nicely at a place like Michael's or Hobby Lobby. They have frames already made up. I bet if anyone would have a frame like you described, they would. I believe you can also buy their products online.

Also, they both do custom framing. That might be a more expensive way to go, but at least that way you could get exactly what you want.
