Midwifery courses - Dublin?We Answered:
Here in the UK Access courses are available to anyone over the age of 18. It used to be for over 21's only but an EU directive said this was ageist so it's been changed. I would have thought that would apply to Ireland too but I may be wrong. For midwifery it's common to do either the Access to Nursing or Health Care but generally speaking as long it's a science based Access it's acceptable.Keith Said:
does anyone know any make up courses in dublin that are not expensive? We Answered:
FAS run introductory make-up courses, which lead to further study and includes all of the exams you need to successfully work in the make-up industry. For that you'll need a pass in Leaving Cert Biology. If you got higher marks in your leaving cert and have a portfolio you can apply for the make-up course in IADT in Dun Laoghaire (the DART connects it to the city centre, along with various bus routes.)
