Thats not a barrier in getting a good job, for good job you need talent, experience and ability to work hard .To make up for your lack of computer skills, go to any private FD institutes and ask them if they have a course in CAD. If they do then your problem is solved if not, then what you can do is -tell them that you want to learn CAD but you are already trained in fashion designing so you want to attend only the CAD classes of thier course and you will pay for only that module. Surely some institutes would welcome you

One can do B.Sc. in Fashion Designing but the minimum qualification is 10+2. I think you are not eligible to do degree course as you not finished 10+2 and your Diploma is also of one year.
