SAP has nothing to do with diploma mech engg but does have a module on stock which is called Materials Management.

A SAP certification isnt like a driving test and I know people who simply read the manuals, never worked on SAP and never attended class and stil passed the exam.

just make sure you memorize every page of every MM manual
