It depends on where you received your degree and what you want to do with your life. If it's from a seminary (3-4 year program?) and you took it with mostly graduate students in your classes, then you could find a ministry position in a church of the denomination of your choice. If it's from a college (2 year program?), then you might want to go on to get a bachelor's degree.
As far as getting a job, depending on your previous experience and which type of Diploma of Theology degree you are receiving, you might do something like youth ministry, children's ministry, pastoring a church, working with missionaries, or working with a religious agency. It's hard to be more specific without knowing more details.

To be a pastor is a gift from GOD. You can go to school for 100 years but if that is not from GOD it's in vine it's like driving a car in the wrong lane. Depending on what matokeo you have from before, the university or college may sponsor you itself. What were your marks in A-level NECTA and O-level NECTA? Make contact with the colleges that will allow you to study for PhD and ask them personally about what sponsorships they do...
