There's a double degree course in Disablity/education at RMIT in Victoria (Australia) given that you already have some qualifications you may be able to go for RPL (recognition of prior learning)

The disability degree covers disability in detail which makes you understand it more than an ordinary edcuation degree would.

If you can't get in to this second year based on your previous education and/or experience you can do Certificate IV or Diploma of disability. (Cert IV takes a year)

You may need to wait until the beginning of the next year to enrol.
