There are several. The first thing you should look for are to make certain they are regionally accredited. If they are, they are reputable. As I said, there are several Nova Southeastern, Northcentral University, Liberty University, Union, Walden, Capella, etc.

The next thing you should look for, if you want "more" reputable, is to see if they are CACREP certified (they accredit counseling programs). There is only one CACREP distance learning program that I know of...Capella University (Walden is working on it).

Finally, the APA (American Psychological Association) accredits only one distance learning program (Fielding Graduate University)

3.5 years? Well I think it is better to focus in one major to get your diploma. Actually I am a little lost to be honest on what you are saying. Normally you want to find a major you are interested and it seems like you want to go into business. It is better to do that major for 4 years (sometimes 5) and do certificates later on. When employers look for people to hire they want to see a founding base of your bachelor degree. Perhaps its different in your state.. but don't worry about it too much you still have a while till then.

Perhaps I dont know the business major too well but I always thought it would take 4 years or longer to finish any majors. A lot of time I have found that people are in college longer than what their goal is just because of hard classes.
Confused me writing all that up there lol
I would definitely go for a Bachelors.

Unless you are a medical doctor, I would think twice about hanging diplomas in your office. Especially if you are in the corporate world. It looks too much like bragging.

Hanging professional certificates, however, could be fine. I'd just go to your local frame store and buy a frame.

I admit that I do not know the specifics for Japan. But normally, when you go to another country, you do want to provide official translations of your educational documents - your certificates, your diploma, and your transcript - in the local language. You'd want these to be certified translations, not just translations done by a friend or that you do yourself.

You must present translated legalized copy of your diplomas ( confirms authenticity of the signatures put on the original document ) and certificates to the nearest Irish consulate :
