You can't legitimately get your GED online. You have to go to a GED testing center. So, in short, there is no REAL website to take a GED test on.

No. The real GED cannot be taken online; all the sites offering to let you do so are scams, and are not accepted by college and employers. The real GED is offered several time a month around your state, google it to find out where and how much it costs (usually much less than the fake sites).

You can take a pretest, which you don't send anywhere, But you have to go into Adult ed(or wherever.) and take the real GED test.

Just google 'GED Pretest' and you'll come up with loads of pretest sites.

Click on Programs and services; click on GED. The ACE administers the GED for the entire US. This issue is coming up with internet GED grads applying to college. The answer is that the GED is NOT offered online by the ACE testing agency.

Call Washington, DC, where they are located and ask for assistance. I would be up front with my employer. If you where scammed and many others were, show the documents and retake the test. Contact: Kellee Edmonds,

There are 2 online free GED courses, free-ged.net and gedforfree.com. PBS also has an online study course to accompany their workbooks and TV series. All of these are described, with links, on How to Get Your GED. You'll also find practice tests, links to your state's site for GED, official testing links, and lots of other practice materials:
