Claudia Said:
Is there a State site or office that can help find my Equivalency Diploma? We Answered:
You absolutely have to go through the sight you took your test at. I know I went through this when I started college almost 15 years after I took the GED test. They are the only ones who will keep your records.Juan Said:
What type of companies will hire you when you only hold a General Equivalency Diploma? We Answered:
While holding a GED gives you a bit more advantage then those who do not posses one at all. However if you do have one, but the factor is what experience you have in your related field of work you are entering which most employers will look.I would say go for an associates degree can help as I do agree with the last poster and that you want to ensure that is in a related field of studies you have or have an interest in. Just make sure that you do not have a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, it is not much looked at.
