As for how much of a salary you will get paid varies based on the size of the company and where you are located. For example, a person who works as a HR executive in New York City for a foturne 500 company gets paid way more than someone who works a small business in a town. Therefore, we need additional information to give you a better range in pay.

I feel schooling, certification or having a degree is very important. However, I don't think having this piece paper is absolutely necessary be successful. Having the degree gets your foot in the door and allows you to enter that field or industry easier. But in my humble opinion, experience is more important. Experience shows what you have been doing and what you are capable of performing.
