Sure, make up your own school and print a diploma. You can have a Doctorate in Thinkology from Pippi University. As long as you don't make it from an existing school, or represent that your school is accredited, no one can accuse you of fraud or lying.

There is state testing and a home-schooling governance board that ensures that home-schooled children are actually learning and being taught correctly and sufficiently. The home-school test for high school is similar to a G.E.D., but is a certificate of education meeting or exceeding the requirements of the state for the high-school level.

You can then create a “diploma” to present to your child, but they will need to indicate on their college applications or employment applications that they were home-schooled, and transcript reports would be the state examination scores.

Try reasearching online schools through the Internet. There are many colleges that do this now. This is how I found a college I wanted to go to. Call your high school guidance counselor, and see if they have any suggestions for you.

Make a list of all your expenses, rent, food, medical, clothes, phone, heat, water, electric, car and insurance and repairs, life and renters insurance for the place where you live, emergencies, and any rent increases you may get that will be usually $ 15 - 50 per year. If there is a maintenance fee per month where you live, you may end up paying that also. Now "if" your rent is $600 per month, is no guarantee that you could find a place for that amount. IF you get married, double your expenses. Two incomes until the wife gets pregnant, then you have one income. If she can go back to work, then you have child care. $10 - $15 per hour will probably not be enough to do much of anything.

With the economy crisis right now, people are budgeting as best they can, which means business' including beauty salon's are suffering, however if you advertise your branch at low prices, offers and make it look really stylish and appealing, you'll bring in punters no problem. If they think your place looks legit, posh and top quality looking, yet your advertising treatments at a cheap price it will definately appeal. Look into all your competetor's, do your research and find out what local, and worldwide beauty branch's are offering, and then try and beat them, if possible, by improving their offers and deals. Don't forget you need to make a profit. Your business needs to be unique and distinctive to do well. Just do your research, don't jump into anything straight away, successful business' take years to develop, but you can get there and do really well! There's good money in successful business', and it's a great career. I'd recommend studying business on your own, I'm looking into business myself and I got this package at waterstones named 'Your evening class - starting a small business' and I would really recommend it, it's fantastic! You have audio CD's, work books to go through with the cd's and then a small book to read as well. It's a great help to all kinds of business'. Good Luck x
