The conversion course is 18 months to 2 years depending on which uni you go to. You apply through UCAS. http://search.ucas.com/cgi-bin/hsrun/sea… At the moment it looks as if you only have the choice of Bournemouth, UCLAN, Middlesex or Stirling for the conversion course.

I'm a student nurse & my summer break is the last 3 weeks in August. If you do miss any of your clinical placement time you can make it up another time. You'll need to let them know asap though. I see from one of your other Q's you're starting on Monday, at some point in the next week or two you'll get your timetable for the rest of the year & you'll be able to see what you're meant to be doing in July. In my experience it's easier to make up placement time than it is to make up for missed lectures. You've been accepted at short notice so I'm sure the uni will understand about your holiday.
