Keep checking out the ladies that sell cosmetics in the pharmacies and drug stores as well as department stores. When you find one that looks like she does what you are wishing for yourself ask her for some advice. She will show you how to use what she sells you, keep going back until you can get the results that you want. Although she works for the store it is her job to advise customers on getting good results. Good luck.

You could try Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Pâtisserie Courses. They are 10 week courses which have classes for different levels of skill, and are 3 times per week.
