you could probably be a director with those credentials. you would need to contact the local licensing agency in the state you'd be working. i imagine they would accept your degree for director credentials. you might also be able to be an area or district manager.

You can apply.
The trick is you won't be employed as a trained person. You need the Early childhood degree for this.
You will be competing with the other mums and such and the pay won't be as glamourous.

I am a public school teacher for 6 years now. I become a teacher because i love and like it.
Teaching here in the Philippines, if your after the money then you are wasting your time.
The take home pay of a classroom teacher in public school is around 9 - 9,500 each month, with that kind of salary how can you be successful financially.
I have seen first hand experience of teachers who don't go to work because they don't have money for transportation and some teachers sell food inside their rooms so that they could have an extra income.
But you know the worse of it is that as teachers we are obligated to pay what our students cannot pay like the test papers, tickets, Id's......etc (some parents will promise that they will pay you back if they will have money)

So if really want to be a teacher i suggest you think about it a million times. Teaching is the profession that i love and probably die doing it, but i don't suggest it everybody.

a BA in ECE allows you to teach children from birth through 3 grade. Also depending on what electives you take and what you minor in you may be able to teach Special Education of young children, or become the director of a childcare or pre-school program.

I do not know how much it pays, but I am a teacher with an AA degree in ECE, and I make $11.25 an hour.

I think Edge Hill do but there will be others, like someone else said just do a UCAS search or get a teacher to show u how. Why do you want to stay closer to home?

This depends on your specific area of study.

There are private jobs, but I would imagine that there are definitely jobs in the public sector, working for the government. Check out the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
