There are several banks who can offer loans for higher education, it may be for graduation, post graduation or and for Professional Courses i.e. B.E., B.Tech., M.B.B.S. Post Graduate Courses i.e. M.E., M.Tech., M.S., M.D., M.B.A., M.C.A., etc. recognized by AICTEF or part time / on-line distance learning courses.

Some banks even give educational loans for foreign studies.

I would just suggest to go for PSU banks than to private banks and I think they are more transparent in their dealings.
