The Anne Arbor school is very competitive. The other two schools have lower requirements.

You can go to UOM provided that you meet the requirements. The fact that you may be older or graduated from an adult school will have no bearing except that some schools have provisions to admit what they call mature students.

It may be necessary depending on your record to attend a community college first and then to transfer to a four year school when you receive enough credits with high enough grades.

in Canada, to work as a psychologist, you generally need a Masters degree, which it sounds like you are getting. you would likely have a good chance of getting a position as a school counsellor with that. to become a teacher, another program, called PDP at some institutions, is required, however.
