What are the odds that I am accepted into the Harvard MBA program?

You have been busy. What are your goals in life to be wealthy, well-known or well-educated?

HELP! will this get me into an Ivy League School. I have applied to all of them.lol?

We Answered:

What is that GPA out of? We need to know your unweighted GPA and what it is out of. If you are pretty close to perfect (ie virtually an unweighted 4 out of 4 GPA) then your odds will be about 20%. The less your GPA the lower your odds. Forget about it if its under 3.5. I have only ever heard of 1 person getting into such schools with a GPA lower than 3.5.

Just for your info plenty of other schools are as good or perhaps better than Ivies. IMHO MIT, Cal-tech, Harvey Mudd, New College Florida, and Reed are just as good - perhaps even better. However I suspect your grades are good enough to get you into a great school 100% for sure - a school that will make you parents very proud eg I think NYU is a very good shot and it is a great school - just a bit pricey. Great job.

Yep - odds about 20%. They get about 5 times as many applicants like you as they have places - hence the odds of about 20%.

Thanks
Bill

Why do people say Obama has "no experience"?

We Answered:

Obama has more than enough experience needed to run this country. People just don't want to acknowledge that fact.

If experience is what they are building their arguments on then why has George Bush been rated as the worst President in history? He had the same executive experience that people are saying that Palin has and look what happened. He was a 2 term President and somehow found a way to drag us down even more.

Sometimes experience doesn't mean the best for the job. Serving this country (millitary) is wonderful and I admire the men & women who have but that does not mean that you are more qualified to be the President of the United States because of this.

Being a Prisoner of war is a horrible thing and my heart goes out to anyone who has ever suffered this fate. But that also does not make you qualified to be the President of the United States.

Healing is what the United States needs now both inside and out. Because our country is now tarnished in the eyes of many around the world and right here at home.

Obama has already began the healing process with other countries. He has also given people a reason to believe again that we the people can come together instead of being divided.

We've had the typical experience that people want to believe is so important when it comes to being the President of the United States for the past 8 years.

So you tell me, did it work?

Can I get into an Ivy League school?

We Answered:

Financial aid is provided by the Federal Government to residents. i don't believe international students are eligible. As for a chance of getting in, you would need to place in the top 5% on the SAT. As well as demonstrate how you are a unique person. Best of luck with your goals.

Albert Said:

what do you think about this comparison?

You forgot one thing about this forum: If you support McCain, you're wrong, support Obama, you're wrong, don't vote, you're wrong, black, you're wrong, white, you're wrong, independent, you're still wrong.
