The Virginia suburbs of DC has exceedingly good job prospects. The culture is excellent and education is pretty good. However, housing is very expensive and safety depends on your neighborhood, although it's been fine for me. The job situation here is amazing... if you can't get a job here, you are unemployable.

They're pretty much the same job except for the title and one or two minor job detail differences. They don't pay all that much, probably no more than your average Walmart stocker.
