For most programs, successful completion of an Honours Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in any discipline with an overall average of 75%. Professional work experience is a valuable asset but not necessary. Some require reference letters, other do not.

Become a school psychologist. That's a great career. You could also pursue a Ph.D. in psychology and teach at a university and be a counselor/advisor for freshman students.

Not very. There's a lot you can do online and in the evenings. Some schools are very adult friendly, and let you do courses on weekends. It will take awhile, but you probably have to do growth courses anyway, so go for it.
