I have seen some that do and some that do not.

the ones who do wear pantyhose looked awesome their legs matched and looked uniform.

one day at the STate Fair Parade one team had a girl who wasn't wearing her hose and her legs didn't look as good as the other girls.

i think that pantyhose SHOULD BE REQUIRED BY ALL CHEER!!!

We didn't have traditional cheerleaders in my high school. But what are you complaining about? If their panties are showing, what's the big deal? Cheerleaders are usally just around to get the male fans sexually aroused anyway

I'm not a cheerleader, but I have two daughters who are. Their coach has the qualities you've stated. But she lets them know she's the coach.

Coaches should coach the way parents parent. One child may need to be told 400 times to learn something, while another only has to hear it once. I guess the best way to describe the "perfect" coach would be the way we view "perfect" moms on TV. When you need to be stern, be stern. When you need to be loving and understanding, be loving and understanding. Imagine Mrs. Brady or Mrs. Cunningham coaching and you'll be great!

well im a high school cheerleader... my boyfriend plays football and hes a qb/rb but hes not the 'captain' haha, there is no captain of our football team : )! im not sure how often it happens, but it just works out because we get to wear our boyfriends jerseys and stuff for sideline cheering. we get to travel to away games on the same bus as them sometimes(not often but its fun when it happens) and idk haha it just works out well! its not like every cheerleader has to date a football player or every football player has to be with a cheerleader. my friend goes out with a guy who plays soccer isntead of football and thats fine hahah. some of the fb players talk to girls who dont do anything and thats perfectly normal too! its just like cute when we get to cheer on a specific player on sideline instead of the whole team in general.
