High School Diploma Online For Adults

Ronald Said:

if i got my high school diploma at 16, would i be considered an adult?

We Answered:

More important than your legal question about adulthood, age 18, is your planning for all of these future events at age 13. My simple advice would be to live in the here and now and extract some joy from who you are and what you do, now. Trust me, time will take allow your hopes and dreams to come true.

**High School Diploma Question**?

We Answered:

Since you are using the credits from your high school to attend further education, the smart thing to do is to talk over the situation with the admissions office or counselor at the college which you wish to attend. Many colleges have a test called "Ability to Benefit" which they give to prospective students who have questionable diplomas, no diploma at all, or a GED. You will probably do fine on the test, go right into college, and not have to waste any time taking classes you already have mastered. Once you have a college degree, nobody will care about the status of your high school.
