High School Diploma Programs

Tommy Said:

Is Penn Foster High School diploma program accepted by all branches of the US military?

We Answered:

An easier way to complete your education requirements faster is to get your GED and then complete one semester of college before joining the service. Call a recruiter before you do anything, just to make sure.

Vernon Said:

Is penn foster high school diploma program legit?

We Answered:

Today I have been scrambling because all of a sudden I get that urge to just further my education. So I checked out Penn Foster and it definitely sounds better then most schools I have looked at. So I been trying to do my research about the high school diploma from there and even though I was disappointed, I figured out that getting a career diploma was cheaper then going for a high school diploma from there. I am interested in the administrative assistant and also the book keeping, neither of them do I need a GED or diploma but of course the job you apply for may want you to have at least a GED. So I figured it would be cheaper and smarter to look into the career diploma and also look into getting a GED at the same time. The fastest you will get your diploma from there is 9 months and that is only if your credits from your previous school is transferred. If no credits can be transferred then the least amount of time it will take is 3 years. The two career diplomas I am looking at are both cheaper and should take at the most 12 months to complete. If I am not over doing it, I want to also take a GED online course from a local community college, thus finishing every thing in the quickest time possible. I don't want to say go for the Penn foster thing, if anything you should get a career diploma from there and work on a GED from some where else. I talked to some one from my state department of education and they said you need to talk to the college or who ever is hiring to see if they even accept that. It is safer in my opinion to go for the GED.
