Not at all. Democrats offer money for votes = public assistance for votes. This doesn't solve problems, it's an indirect bribe.

If you want to help minorities succeed, you need to tackle the root of the problem, not apply a band-aid. Thats only temporary.

The problem is since conservatives don't want help the problem, Democrats will continue to exploit it for gain.

It's a dicey situation though. It costs money to provide role models for low income citizens. We don't want the government doing it for obvious reasons but the problem of money from outside charity isn't enough to solve it either.

That just continues the cycle.

When you look at the chart that Superior Intellect posted, you will see that he's wrong. It's Hispanic, Native American, Pacific Islander, More than one race, Black, White, and then Asian. You have to look at the percentages, because there are apparently differences in the population.
