no its not a scam, i actually completed the online course and
got my diploma from chsonlinehighschool.com.....capitol high school.....its valid enough for me to enlist in the military and it should be good enough to get into a community college....i haven't tried going to a community college myself yet....

You can apply for High School online, but GED is something you need to check with locally. Since you live in Lebanon, you will need to show why or how you qualify for a USA GED. Also, age requirements for a GED is 18 since it is something offered to those who did not complete high school within a prescribed amount of time.
