My roommate is from a small town in Illinois where the public highschool's mascot is the Pretzels. That has to be the weirdest highschool one. Another fun one is the Santa Cruz Banana Slugs.

I was just talking to a buddy of mine last night about weird team mascots. We concluded that minor league baseball has some of the weirdest including the Lugnuts, the Mud Hens, and the Muck Dogs.

There are all kinds of schoolwear companies that will make whatever you want, provided you order in bulk. You pick the style of garment, the colors and the mascot that you want, then they print them up. The majority of schools use the same few mascots, so it's usually pretty easy to get clothes if it's one of those.
