I have this game and yes they have to be unlocked i hav unlocked them sing the easist song you think you get the highest score for and then eventually it will unlock with various other items well good luck x

what I do with my high schoolers is a game called Museum. It's not a "musical" game per say, but what they do is this;
One person is the night watchman and the other students are statues. When the night watchman enters, the statues freeze. But when he isn't looking, the statues come alive and move, but don't speak. It's the watchmans job to catch them moving. this helps with improv skills and being aware of all things around you, so it helps with listening skills as well. hope this helps!
