I could only find this list of dates for the upcoming USA tour. (See first link). There have been no notifications of the ensemble coming to London so far, but there is a freecall telephone number on the right of this page, so you could try enquiring at that number.

I have given a second link to their fan page, which seems to be pretty much up to date. You should be able to keep track of their forthcoming commitments by tuning in to these links periodically.
