It's not out on DVD yet. It just came out in the theater a month ago and is still in the theater because I saw it today. I don't think it will be out until probably about February because it usually takes 3 to 4 months from the time the movie hits theaters to the time it goes to DVD. You could give your niece money or a gift card to Walmart or Target and just let her know that when the movie comes out, she could use that to buy it for herself. Hope I helped!Lonnie Said:

I have been forced to watch these movies for the children I babysit for and these movies are crap. (I'm sorry, I couldn't find a better word to replace crap). And also, for instance, Ashley Tisdale (plays the snotty girl in both movies) is a star on many Disney channel series. The sad thing is, is that young kids start to use Tisdale as there role model. Thats fine for how she acts in for Disney, but if you look at her new music videos, such as He Said, She Said, it is very provocative. Soon the kids whom view Tisdale as their role model are going to start dressing and acting like Tisdale in her new music videos.My opinion is that if children's movies, such as high school musical, are heavily promoting actors like Ashley Tisdale, then Ashley Tisdale should not be making skanky music videos. This is why kids are getting into the trouble they are today. They have no proper rold models. Celebrities are becoming too trashy.
