Dumelang...hey Pretoria has gotten itself a very good name!! My dad keeps going on about how brilliant Pretoria Boys is!! I think his brother went there...and it was very good!! And for the universiteit...definitely Tuks...my brother was gonna go there...but then we moved to Australia...but UP is a very nice looking place...it made me feel so at home...and not to mention, Loftus is like almost around the corner!! And it's home to the blou bulle!! Yis, Pretoria's got it going!!

I can personally guarantee you, that if the the situation were to present itself, and the crocodile was hungry he could most assuredly out-swim you on a cold day...(being a cold blooded animal its activity and responsiveness depend quite a bit on temperature).. that being said i found a canoe and sporting goods store just a little north of Johannesburg where maybe for a price, you could safely negotiate across the river in something a little more "croc-worthy" I feel for you and if you would like me to possibly coordinate a canoe transport into Pretoria, pm me. I was told that Cape Toown is more expensive, but don't know that as a fact. It is really an irrelevant question, as salaries generally drive the cost of living. You will get better pay in a town with a high cost of living... so it all evens out.
