This just sounds like a lot of drama. Honestly, the best thing you can do is prey for her. God can change anybodies heart. Also if you are nice to her you can be a bright light in her world. You don't know what kind of family life she has or the things that are going on deep down inside her thoughts.Just so you know colleges look at more then just GPA and class rank. These are taken into consideration or put on very important, it depends on the college. Don't let her get to you. You do the best that you can and apply to the colleges that you want to. If she gets into the same university as you it's highly unlikely that you'll even see her. For example, USC is a huge campus and has over 16,000 undergraduates on their campus. This will probably pass and everything will work out in the end.
By the way if you want information on USC or Notre Dame you can use www.collegeboard.com and just search those schools and it gives you a bunch of information that can help you.

people to people student ambassador program - i actually joined that two years ago. It is a bit expensive though. I spent 3 weeks in France, Italy, and Malta and I did a homestay in Malta. It was really fun and you meet a lot of other people. google it, if you want to find more about it.
