Americans can fly the Flag anywhere in all 56 political divisions of the US. It should not be offensive to legal immigrants. Michele is correct in what she says that it does not go against diversity and she is saying this from a British point of view.

If the school really wants to focus on diversity then they should know that the next step after diversity is assimilation, which illegal immigrants and special interests groups do not want. Assimilation is very American and that is represented by the Flag.

If they do not like it then they can leave. No one is stopping them.
