ok im a little confused so are all of you korean and how can you communicate with Jae if he cant speak english or can you all speak korean and how doesnt Jae know how to speak english if hes apparently lived there for so long. But anyways If you put yourself in the teachers shoes they probably didnt see the entire thing so from their prospective Jae started it cuz he threw the first punch and kyung looks like the innocent victim and Jae cant explain what really happened. Sorry but in this case it really isnt the teacher's fault this time cuz they are only doing what they think is right. Maybe you should go talk to the teachers and explain what really happened because nobody has defended Jae not even himself. Like it or not Kyung and Jae are both at fault cuz Jae really shouldnt have beat him up and Kyung shouldnt have tried to fight to pick a fight. Wow this story would make a great movie.
