1. Goals help you to stay motivated, as you have a clear aim that you can work towards. Goals let you also realize why the efforts you make (e.g. studying) are worth it.

2. Reward yourself: Once you have set yourself a goal you should also think about a reward that you receive as soon as you have achieved that goal. These rewards will help you to keep your motivation on a high level

3. Seek contact to your fellow students: Some online schools provide online forums or chat rooms that allow their students to get in contact with each other. I would really recommend you to take advantage of these tools to communicate with your classmates. You can set up online study groups or groups where you and your fellow students can discuss the educational content of your online school.

4. You wrote that you were "doing great up until last week", when you began to get unmotivated. Try to think about that time when you were motivated to study. What are you know doing differently, or what is the reason that you lack motivation? By evaluating these questions you might be able to eliminate the source of your sinking motivation and become motivated again.
