Whatever you're very interested in and plan to spend a lot of time on. Princeton and other top schools aren't looking for people to start clubs to get into college. They're looking for people who do great things and would have done them even if they weren't trying to get into college. Things that look good on an application aren't always things that can be done in high school clubs.

No, Princeton HS is not Princeton University. Applying to Princeton from Princeton HS does not increase or decrease your chance of acceptance. You will be judged like everyone else.

To stand chance you will need to have a very high GPA. Around the neighborhood of 4.0 or higher. You will also need to do very well on the SATs. Somewhere around the 2100s under the new scoring. You will also need to be have extracurricular activities and some community involvement also helps.

There is no set qualification that lead to immediate acceptance to Princeton. Even if you have all these qualifications you may still be denied admission. However, all the things I've listed increases the probability that you will be accepted. That is really the most accurate advice I can give you. The ivy league admission process is hard to quantify, very gifted students are admitted while other students who on paper are equally qualified are not. Anyone who says your a sure-thing or stand no-chance is simply uninformed.

You need to work as hard as you can,day and night.No matter what,considering the fact that you want to be neurosurgeon.Princeton and Harvard are Ivy league schools and are known around the world.There are students,just like you,ALL AROUND THE WORLD whose perhaps only dream is to go into an Ivy league school.Therefore,you need to be extraordinary.They can find any aplicant who has a perfect GPA,SAT scores,extra curricular activites,and community service.Let's say you have all that,what makes YOU different?Why should they pick you?

Also,ask this to yourself,why Princeton,why Harvard,or any other Ive league school?Why do you want to be accepted into those school so much?
The most important question:What do you know about these schools?
Do they have an amazing medical branch?Why do you think,after graduating from such school,you'll be a great neurosurgeon?

The trick is to know everything about the school as you can,research it,sign up for their mailing list,visit the school.

Most importantly,do something EXTRAORDINARY.Do something that helps others and sets you apart from every other applicant.
