Jeffery Said:

What are the pros and cons of private high school compared to Public High schools in California.?

We Answered:

If you want to get a good, solid education, the private school is MUCH superior to the Public High school where the cuucciculum is determined by incompetent faculty officials. In Public schools, there is more opportunity for violence and undisciplined behavior than in a private high school. If I had children, I would not gives it a second thought... to a Private high school they would go.. Students do not like the private school because they have to work harder and are met with disciplined rules, etc which is much better for the student in the long run.

Courtney Said:

CAN a private religious high school in California take away the constitutional rights of a student?

We Answered:

Depends on what you're referencing as "constitutional rights" and in what confines are they being "taken away". Your question is too vague, you'll need to provide more information if you want an honest and intelligent answer. If you just want smart a$$ propaganda, well, stay tuned!

List of good private high schools in California?

We Answered:

The best bet would be to get a book that lists private schools that allow international students and go from there. There are so many private schools in CA, but not all allow international students.

One school I know of that caters to international students is Southwestern Academy in San Marino, CA. SM is a very safe area near Pasadena. The school is boarding with a limited number of day students accepted and is expensive, but in line with other similar schools in CA. I think there are only about 150 students, boys & girls. The campus is lovely. http://www.southwesternacademy.edu/

This website has some info, they also publish books with more info:
