Being a previous student at Bethany Hills Girls School, I have experience in assisting boarding students who are learning English as a second language, as a result I too have learned from these students about their culture and language, most of which were Korean and Spanish.

That should be two sentences, the second one starting with "As a result. . . ." You have learned from these students about their cultures and languages, plural. The phrase "most of whom spoke Korean and Spanish" (not "most of which were") should come after the word "students," not at the end of the sentence. And you should change "are learning" to "were learning" in the first sentence. You should probably drop the word "too." (Come to think of it, you should probably say that most of those students spoke Korean or Spanish, not Korean and Spanish.)

Having most of my family emigrated from Holland, I have grown up learning allot of Dutch and Friezen.

You should start that sentence, "Because most of my family. . . ." You should change "allot" to two words, "a lot." And "Friezen" is an incorrect spelling. I believe the correct spelling is "Friesian." You should look it up to be sure.

Using an at home tutoring program I have learned a grate deal of Japanese, also being tot by my cousin who is an English teacher in Japan.

The compound adjective "at-home" should probably be hyphenated. You mean "great deal," not "grate deal." You mean "taught," not "tot."

Taking German classes in high school not only improved my Dutch, but also tot me a great deal of the German culture and proper behavior to their standards.

There's that tot/taught mistake again. And you should probably end the sentence sooner, dropping "and proper behavior to their standards."

school is something that can be changed, so tell your teachers. Explain to them that you want to take the higher paper, you want the option. you can write a formal letter to your head techer.

Librarys are full of books, join one. Universitys have libraries and are free to get in to if you dont mind studying there however might be above you, colleges are the same. just go in and ask where the libary is.

there are websites such as bbc bitesize which will help with studys.

you need a stable structured time table, equal time for study and exercise. Life is very long, it may seem like life will be over at 30 but you have 40 years after that to live, so dont set anything in stone. your allowed to change your life, and although exams are important, what is more important is your happiness.
