First of all you need to ace all of your classes so you can get into a decent college. Second of all, you'd have to take anatomy and every kind of biological science there is. Ace all of them. But you really have to ace all of your classes so you can get accepted into a decent college. Also, I recommend you try and find a way to get an internship at a hospital or clinic. When I was a junior in high school, I got a simple internship at a hospital. I didn't do anything difficult, just stuff like giving patients their food and bringing them things when they asked for it. Having that experience on your resume is very impressive. Plus, having the experience of working close to patients (regardless of what kind of patient) is very important for that interaction.
