Lawrence Said:
What do YOU think my chances of getting into an ivy league school are? What can i do to increase them?We Answered:
Nothing now. Colleges are going to want your transcripts from the end of you junior year.Write a good college essay and I am sure you can get some good teacher recommendations.
apply and wait and see.

Am i good enough for a writing competition? We Answered:
That was very interesting ( and i mean this literally its not that i have nothing else to say). I wanted to know what came next, and i thought you were so descriptive i could almost picture myself there. Although your story was not the kind of thing i usually read, I enjoyed it and found it exciting, which I believe would be ideal characteristics for a story in a writing competition to have. So my vote is yes. In my opinion you are definitely creative and imaginative enough to enter a competition; your story was so vivid. I especially liked your ending sentences, i thought that was a great analogy.Ruben Said:

please help me with some essay topics? We Answered:
Ok now the best way to grab an audiences is to really wow them...so the current event topic should open their eyes and amaze them.....The topic here is :
A second floating island of man made trash has recently been discovered in the Pacific ocean. Scientists say both of the floating islands of garbage are each the size of TEXAS!!! At some points these inter-meshed and tangled heaps are several feet thick. They have been brought together by way of the natural tides and currents of the ocean. Close examination of the masses have revealed the countries responsible. This was done by identifying the written language printed on the plastic and metal containers. Several weeks ago scientists announced that plastic which normally take thousands of years or more to break down in our land fills is occurring much quicker here possible due to the salt content of the water and the sun.
The plastics are releasing deadly toxins known to poison and kill mammals. The exact amount of these deadly toxins that have been released is unknown. But a high number of whales, dolphins and other sea creatures have been beaching themselves on the shores surrounding the Pacific ocean for years now. They seem to be trying to escape their own natural environment. No single country will take responsibility and no two super countries will even attempt to discuss a cleanup of this mess, yet millions of dollars world wide has been spent to study the heap, research it's effects on ocean life and to help save beached animals. No money has been earmarked by any nation yet to clean up and properly dispose of 2 giant garbage heaps, each the size of Texas.......

Not so sure what I want to do after high school? Need a second career option. Please help!We Answered:
If you're going into sophomore year, you don't have to know what you want to do. Most college kids aren't sure! Relax, when you get to college you can change your major and keep changing it until you find something you're happy with.
