I don't have internal motivation to push forward in my life. Can you offer some advice? We Answered:
This is an incredibly complicated question that will be hard to answer in this format. To get motivated, you need to have something to look forward to, believe it is reachable, and believe you deserve it/can get it. Which of those is tripping you up? From what you say, I wonder if it's sort of a combination, from struggling with something almost all of us do- finding your place in the world. Most people have a hard time figuring out what they want to do with their lives. For intelligent people (which you sound like you are) it is even more difficult because you see more possibilities and can develop routes to achieving some of these, but society may not let you unless you play by their rules.
Chi, psychology and human potential are damned interesting, but there may not be a perfect job for those- it may just be a good job for those. Mental health work, religious work, chiropractic medicine, alternative medicine, quantum physics- those may be fields to look into to get you started.
Before you spend money or devote large chunks of time to school or anything else, I think you first need to explore who you are and what you want from life. These are big questions, but without knowing what you have to offer and what you want, how can you possibly choose a path?
If you don't know what you want to do, start with who you are. What is most important to you in this world? What strengths and weaknesses do you have as a person? What are you good at doing, that has value to society? What do you enjoy doing, that has value to society? Chances are, the answers to these questions will lead to a lot of possible career paths. So start looking into those. Get on Yahoo answers and ask about those professions. Talk to people who work in those professions. What sounds like it's something you could enjoy doing every day for the next several decades? If you can't get far in sorting it out, get some help from a therapist.
Yeah, college is a waste, but if that's the game you have to play in order to do what you want to do, play the game. It can be a pain in the ***, but it's called paying your dues. We all do it. It's stupid and it sucks, but in the end it was just a few extra hurdles we had to jump to be where we want to be. Resenting and resisting will only waste time and energy. You can't make our world operate by your rules because you want it to. You just have to learn to play them minimally as a means to an end.
So figure out what you'd like to do.
Find out how our society will let you do that (you may have to settle a little bit, but don't settle too much- what field will most let you do what you want/need to?) Explore this with others to get a little outside perspective and make sure you are considering everything.
Do research to find out what's involved, how it works, and ensure it's the best fit.
Make it happen.
Whether you travel or don't, whether you go to Yale or University of Podunk, and all the other related decisions will come second to the decision I'm talking about. If you want to be a medical doctor, it may be more important to go to a high repute school (to improve your chances of getting into med school). If you want to do the chiropractor thing, you have to go where a school for chiropractic medicine is. If you want to do a ministry thing or psychology, it may not matter where you go to school as much.
I understand you have a timeframe because of your funds, but rushing to a bad decision won't help you. Take your time and make the right choice. Then chart your course and make it happen.

Can someone check the gammar, please? ?We Answered:
Corrections are in capitals, unnecessary words are deleted and marked with "X."Time has been moving forward at hyper-speed, and it feels absolutely surreal that this exciting FOURTH term will be over soon. I am not sure as yet whether I am happy that this high school life is almost over, or stressed BECAUSE all of my final exams are going to begin in two weeks time. Either way, I am glad summer holidays are upon us. Before we WRAP-UP FOR the summer holiday however, it may be worthwhile to take a look back and reflect on what I have accomplished this year in classes. Throughout the year my life has changed a lot. During this period of TIME I have met many people WITH WHOM I still currently keep in contact X. I have been given the chance to learn and experience new things that will enhance my knowledge. I have changed my attitude towards issues surrounding me.
Due to THE FACT THAT I am a very shy person, I'M always too shy to have discussions with X classmates. Throughout the year I have found that I was wrong. X I have made many new friends WHILE discussING SCHOOL ISSUES OVER THE year. The best fellow there IS would be Jason, because he is a very mature person, who always has a lot of wisdom and experiences to share X and always helps me out when I have problems WITH accounting WORK. Another of my best classmates is Gong. It has been pleasure having Gong in my English class for this year, because he is a very humorous, helpful and understanding person. GONG AND I WERE STRANGERS AT the beginning of the year, but a friendship haS built SINCE we started to talk one another. So, I believe that communication with OTHERS is very important for me, as it CAN REALLY HELP me X X understand X SCHOOLWORK THROUGH THE SHARING OF INFORMATION. X X During the discussion OF SCHOOLWORK, we X also get direct feedback of how other people FEEL, and if there are any problems that arise we can always solve them straight away X X. I feel I can make friends a lot easier now because I have grown in confidence and lost my shyness of talking to people.
Before X the speech assessment we had a practice presentation THE last two weeks which i:WAS about introducing ourselves. I found it was very helpful, because by having IT, IT has turned my FEAR OF SPEAKING to confidence and NOW, WHEN I X deliver my speech assessment, I X always present it confidently.
I have learnt and experienced A LOT of new things throughout this school year by introducING MYSELF to different interests and LEARNING what my thoughts are; these HAVE enhanced my knowledge and wisdom. I believe life is all about learning, and to apply ONE'S learning to X real life. My goal X in the future IS TO become a chemist, and to achieve my goal I MUST work harder for my external exams IN ORDER to OBTAIN the literacy credits and PASS the university entrance.

Immigrant to u.s.How to build credits? We Answered:
Go to your local bank and get a secured credit card. You will have to put down a deposit (about $1000) for a year or two. Your credit limit will be the same amount as your deposit for the term agreed and then your deposit will be released and you will keep your credit limit. This will establish your credit. You only have to use the card occasionally, and don't have to rack up a lot of charges or pay any interest. Keep paying the card off and then you will have excellent credit.Remember, the first rule of banking is only lend money to people who don't need to borrow. If you only use credit a little and always pay it off, then you will be the most attractive risk for banks. Skipping payments and ignoring bills will wreck your credit history, so stay on top of it. Make sure you pay off any bills you owe and resolve any bills that you don't owe.

Should I get a Golden Retriever puppy in college? We Answered:
In my opinion I think you knew you should get the dog before you asked. I think you should get it because all I read in your question was good things, you have no negative outlook on what you want to do, and you seem intelligent which is a big start, financially set and ready for a puppy. Go for it!!!
