Home Learning Course

Victoria Said:

Can you learn Web Design with a home-learning course?

We Answered:

Very easily. And in fact, the people in charge of the standards for these things have tutorial courses available. Good "html tutorial" or "css tutorial" First thing that should come up is from w3schools.com or something like that. Follow those tutorials and you'll be WELL on your way.

what is the best home learning course for plumbing?

We Answered:

If you want to be a plumber you should try your local college as much of the work is practical that you can't learn over the internet. You'll also find a local college course much cheaper (or maybe even free if your unemployed).

Best home learning course for early years and childcare?

We Answered:

If I am correct an early years degree is like an early childhood 4 year degree and childcare is just 2 year degree. If that is the case the better was to go is probably for the early years degree. That will give you a degree to teach in public schools, private preschools and day cares and if you get the childcare degree that will only allow you to work in daycares. Before you start taking courses I would first talk to the college you want to go to later. I know with my school because of PAs strict education standards my college does not accept any education credits from any other school which would make all of your head start work a waste. Personally if you are going to put the work into I would get a degree in either elementary or early childhood education or childcare. I know in my state the childcare degree limits you just to daycares where the other two give you many options and besides to work in day cares you don't always need a degree to get paid the same so it may not be worth your time

Benjamin Said:

is it a bad idea to leave school and do a home-learning course?

We Answered:

I know you dont wanna do this but you would benefit a lot more from staying on at school, i hated staying on aswell, i know how you feel. But when you are a wedding planner and looking for work, employers will look at your cv and see you dropped out halfway through a levels, and then they'll see another person that might have done their full a levels and they'll go for that person instead of you. Its unfair, but thats the way it goes. You know, there's nothing stopping you from doing both at the same time, that would be the best of both worlds, you can still study at school and in your own time do the wedding planner course?
