How To Learn French

Jason Said:

How do you learn french for an oral exam?

We Answered:

My advice would be to try and learn one answer at a time. Try reading it, then writing it a few times, once you have done that turn the paper over and try and speak it. Just keep doing that till you know it all. It's hard i know. I hated French speaking at school.

Hope that helps.

What is the most effective and quickest way to learn French?

We Answered:

All you need to do is to memorize the grammar.

Since you already know spanish, the only thing to help you improve your pronunciation, is to read a book and get help from the teacher.

You can try this too for learning french fast from home

What is the best product to learn French by?

We Answered:

Language classes. I have done them. Love them. Maintenent, je parle francais bien!
You learn from real people, not a machine, and you can ask questions that won't be answered on your CD rom or whatever.
I don't know about prices.
But they're the best. And they are not that hard. French is an easier language than the majority. It's easier than english.

How hard is the French language to learn?

We Answered:

At least you have the open mind and respect for Francophone Canadians that most anglophones here don't and I have been to Ottawa many times ppl there don't bother to speak French to you with some rare exception in large dept stores.

French is indeed a latin language and for that reason will be reasonably difficult to learn. It does not resemble Finnish at all, nor any germanic language.

give it a try nobody is asking you to speak perfectly. Because so many anglos in the Ottawa region are very reluctant to speak french that will be seen as a BIG bonus for prospective employer in other words greatly help you in finding a job.

Also to work for the City of Ottawa or the Federal Government of Canada knowing French is also a big asset.
