A college student should know that MS doesn't give anything away for "free". Try looking at a brick and mortar office supply store near you to see if you can't find what you need.

If not, then you're stuck using your school's computer lab(s) to get your work done.

?EDIT: As a COLLEGE student, you MUST have the exact same software that the College has. While Open Office is a great substitute for MS Office in other situations, this is one situation where O-O will NOT do what is necessary. You COULD ask your Professor if they think you can get by with it, though. However, O-O is a bit like MS O with the air slightly let out. It lacks certain "functions" that MS has that your Coursework could very well call for. ;)
