You won't find a course that just teaches 'Tunisian'. If your friend wishes to communicate in Tunisia, she should just learn Arabic, you can get by anywhere in the Middle East with Standard Arabic.

However, are you asking because she is just going on holiday there? If so, I'm sure the link below will be useful for her. It's the Tunisian chapter from Lonely Planet's Middle East phrasebook and it's only 84p digitally.

It claims:
"Get all your essential travel phrases, with sections on transport, accommodation, shopping, making conversation and more. A guide to pronunciation will have you chatting with the locals in no time."

But really, you don't need to know Arabic for the tourist areas of Tunisia, they will speak English or French anyway.

May Allah bless you and help you in this endeavor to learn the Quran and Jannah's language and to memorize Allah's Holy Book.
As for a site with Arabic Quran with English letter, open this link I shall give you and move the cursor over the Qurans on the shelf (to the Fat and short Quran), then you will see (English transliteration). Click on it and it will open the Holy Quran with both Arabic on the right side and Arabic Quran in Latin letters on the left. Click at the bottom of that opened Quran to make the page big. You will see numbers on the top of the page (from 1 to 30 => 30 Juz' of the Holy Quran [60 Hizb]) start by clicking on 1. You will find the Opening (Fatiha) in Arabic, English and Arabic with English letters.

As for a site to learn Arabic, you can find it on www.kalamullah.com (look on the top left options, you will see "Learning Arabic" click on it and you will find what you are looking for).

Plz let me know if you want a software to learn Arabic so that I can provide u with it. I will check here later on to see if there is any comment.
