I want to learn chinese online but I don't know where to start ?

We Answered:

Go find a live Chinese who is willing to teach u. Lots time people r afraid Chinese, thinking they going to get rape . Check the Chinese senior center or Chinatown, there r lots retired Chinese has plenty time to kill. If u know how to ask and open up urself ,u can find many willing to teach u and u take them to dim sum once awhile it can go a long way. Maybe it help u,may be not. No guarantee.

How to find proper resources to learn Chinese online?

We Answered:

If you learn Chinese for interests, I suggest you can only learn Practical Chinese course http://www.hellomandarin.com/courses/cou… . Of course, you need to know your current level http://www.hellomandarin.com/levelassess… , then you select a level course to learn. Another program is useful for you. Conversation Practice with Chinese Volunteers http://www.hellomandarin.com/connectingc… . You can practice your spoken Chinese everyday for free. There are lots of Chinese volunteers to help you online. Have a trial and good luck.

Where can I learn Chinese Online?

We Answered:

There are many different "dialects" such as Mandarin (the national language AKA "putonghua"), Cantonese, Hakka, Shanghainese, Minnan, and the list goes on and on. Cantonese is spoken in Hong Kong and a couple provinces in China. All education in all Chinese regions, including Taiwan, is done in Mandarin. Mandarin is the only language you will want to learn for business in China. I live in China and speak fluent Mandarin.

In fact you can check back on my website from time to time as I plan to have Mandarin lessons one day soon.
