http://gut.languageskills.co.uk/index.ht… - it was originally a French site called 'zut', but now has a German section called 'gut', which you have to pay for weekdays, between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm, but is free the rest of the time!

http://learngerman.elanguageschool.net/ is a free, online German learning site.

http://www.learn-german-help.com/ - this site's a good one, especially for the grammar parts of German.

Hope this helps - I've been learning German for a few years, and am currently trying to get a qualification through distance learning, which luckily my school paid for - but it is a good, logical language to choose!
