You could try to watch English Language Movies or Television Shows with your native language in the Subtitles.

I have learned to speak some basic Japanese because I watch Japanese TV Shows with English Language Subtitles.

I have discovered that I can understand a LOT of Spanish when I watched a movie called .REC with English Language Subtitles. I knew enough of the language to realize that the Subtitles were not well translated from Spanish in to English.

You will be VERY suprised when you realize how much of the language you are picking up by listening to the English Audio while Reading the words in your native language.

Practice makes perfect. You need to keep on talking. You are realizing your mistakes by hearing them, so I would say keep on talking. It will get better.

how old are you? because if your 20 or younger, you have a good chance of learning it really easily. but if your older then they are slim. on your place i would take an english class or what they call ELD or ESL and try as hard as you can.
