it will take time for you to learn it, but if you want to learn faster, i think you could listen to music, watch movies or read books (in spanish, sure). it's a good way to practice without get bored.

Well, learning a language is unfortunately a long term thing. Think about it, you are constantly learning English. Whether it be words, or sentence grammar, English is still hard to process.

Now, as far as learning a foreign language, it depends on the proficiency that you want to have. If you want to know basic words and make basic sentences, you should be on your way, if you try, in a couple of months. (3-5)

The best way to learn a language is surround yourself with speakers of that language.
